A run is one agent finishing one job end to end — a ticket resolved, a memo written, a queue item cleared. Steps inside it are free.

Questions people actually ask.

Do I pay when an agent fails?

No. Retries, timeouts and abandoned runs are not billed. You pay when a run reaches a terminal success state that you defined.

Who pays for model tokens?

On Library, tokens are included in the run price. On Forge and Enterprise you can bring your own model keys and pay your provider directly.

Can I move a library agent into Forge?

Yes. Every library agent is a Forge agent with the source published. Fork it, edit it, keep the traces.

What happens if we self-host and cancel?

Your agents keep running. The runtime is licensed, not phoned home. You lose updates and support, not your work.
